All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
After returned merchandise is received - and it meets the return criteria (listed below) - a full refund will be sent to you.
Returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of use. If your merchandise is NOT returned in its original condition, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
You are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return your merchandise to sneakAvenue. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the merchandise that you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. In case the shipping fees or the duties/customs are not prepaid, the item will not be accepted from us.

We shall reimburse to you the full price of the item, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the item arrives in our warehouse. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
During working days orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours and our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities, active from 1-2 working days after dispatch. A typical delivery within the EU will reach the recipient within 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping to Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, UK (United Kingdom) takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping to USA, Asia, Australia with FEDEX EXPRESS takes usually 3-5 business days. In some cases, due to customs checks, the delivery can take longer, up to 15 business days.
