Fill out the enclosed Returns & Exchange form and indicate which items you wish to return/exchange (form is enclosed in the parcel).
You are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return your merchandise to sneakAvenue. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the merchandise that you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. You can use a carrier of choice.
Insert the items in the unopened original packaging with no evidence of use into a shipping carton.
Return the items within 14 days of receiving your order and send them to the return address below.
After we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days, not later than 14 days. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

The average time for processing returns is 3-5 business days. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 business days, not later than 14 days.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
