Was my order successful?

After we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your specified email address. Please also check your spam folder, as automated mails unfortunately end up there from time to time. If you cannot find a confirmation mail, please contact us directly at [email protected].


Where is my order?

As soon as we have handed over your package to our logistics service provider, we will send you a shipping confirmation including shipment number and tracking link to the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder if you don't find anything in your mailbox. 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will send you your tracking number again.

Important info: Since DHL has a very high seasonal volume the parcel shipment can be delayed. We ask you for a little patience, should the delivery take 5 - 10 business days.


How can I change or cancel an order?

We - the sneakAvenue team - do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible. Therefore, a subsequent change or cancellation is not possible. However, you can always refuse to accept your package - DHL will automatically initiate a free return.


Is there another way to place orders, e.g. by phone?

Our online store is the only way to place orders. Here you can choose from our entire range of products.


What are the shipping costs in Europe?

Here you can calculate your shipping costs. Within Europe we ship with DHL (no express). International orders are shipped with FedEx.

Unfortunately, since Brexit, we no longer offer shipments to the UK.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged/incorrect?

If there is something wrong with your order, we apologize. Please contact [email protected] with your order number. In order to process your order, we will need pictures of the order, the damage and the shipping carton. Please keep the box until we have informed you about the next steps. Without the outer packaging a claim is unfortunately not possible. Thank you for your team work!


How long is the return period?

Your right of return is 14 days after receipt of your order. 


Where can I find the return label?

You can easily fill out the return label here and print it out or have it scanned via QR code at your local post office.

During working days orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours and our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities, active from 1-2 working days after dispatch. A typical delivery within the EU will reach the recipient within 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping to Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping to USA, Asia, Australia with FEDEX EXPRESS takes usually 3-5 business days. In some cases, due to customs checks, the delivery can take longer, up to 15 business days.

From 01.01.2020, goods from the brands Nike, Jordan and Nike SB cannot be delivered to countries outside the EU.

Our deliveries to third countries are tax-free export deliveries in accordance with the sales tax law § 4 No. 1a UStG. If the delivery takes place in non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

For deliveries to the UK, the price quoted includes UK VAT. In the event of a return, any customs duties and handling fees will be reimbursed. A reimbursement of the shipping costs is excluded.
